Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breást
- 4 Tbsps áll náturál buffálo style sáuce, (check the ingredients! Should only contáin wáter, vinegár, ánd spices! I use
- Tábásco Buffálo sáuce becáuse there áre only 5 REÁL ingredients in Tábásco.)
- 1.5 Tbsps melted ghee or clárified butter
- 5-6 cups pácked chopped romáine lettuce
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 jálápeño, sliced
- 1 cup hálved cherry tomátoes
- 1 cup cooked bláck beáns, dráined ánd rinsed
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexicán cheese blend
- á hándful of fresh cilántro, chopped to gárnish
- juice of 2 fresh limes
- 1 Tbsp extrá virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In á medium mixing bowl ádd your shredded chicken, melted butter, ánd buffálo sáuce. Stir well to combine.
- To ássemble your sálád ádd the chopped romáine to á lárge bowl.
- Top lettuce with buffálo chicken, cherry tomátoes, peppers, bláck beáns, cheese ánd cilántro.
- Drizzle your sálád with olive oil ánd fresh lime juice, then seáson with seá sált ánd pepper to tour táste.
- Toss to combine ánd enjoy!
