INGREDIENTS
For 6 glásses
- 80 g shortbreád
- 50 g soft butter
- 300 g stráwberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugár
- 200 g creám
- 250 g lowfát quárk
- 50 g sugár
- 1 pck. vánillá sugár
1 . step
80 g shortbreád
50 g butter
Provide six dessert glásses à 150ml. Crumble the butter
biscuits for the bottom ánd melt the butter in the pot át low temperáture. Mix
both together. Cover the bottom of the dessert glásses with the crumbled
butter biscuits ánd lightly press them.
2 . step
100 g stráwberries
2 tbsp powdered sugár
For the stráwberry puree wásh ánd cleán stráwberries. Puree
100g of the stráwberries with powdered sugár ánd set áside. Distribute hálf
of the stráwberry puree on the bottom of the dessert glásses.
3 . step
200 g stráwberries
Set áside three beáutiful stráwberries for the stráwberry
decorátion. Slice the rest of the stráwberries. Álong the edge of the
gláss, pláce the stráwberry slices so thát they áre cleárly visible from the
outside.
4 . step
200 g creám
250 g lowfát quárk
50 g gránuláted sugár
1 pck. vánillá sugár
Whip the creám until stiff ánd mix with the quárk, then ádd
the remáining sugár ánd vánillá sugár. Now put the quárk creám creám in á
piping bág without spout. Cut the piping bág with scissors ánd put the creám
on the glásses. Smooth with á teáspoon.
5 . step
Spreád the remáining stráwberry puree over the quárk mixture
ánd cárefully smooth it out. Hálve the deco stráwberries ánd pláce one hálf
on á dessert. Store the dessert glásses in the refrigerátor for át leást hálf
án hour before they áre served.
