Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 large bag of spinach (284 gr)
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¾ cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon chicken vegetable seasoning
Elaboration
- Melt the butter in a large pan.
- Sauté the onion and garlic for about 3 to 4 minutes over medium high heat or until smooth.
- Add spinach and mix well to soften all, one to two minutes.
- Lower the heat, add the cream, salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix well and cook 1 or 2 more minutes or until the preparation is hot.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden and well cooked.
- Serve with hot cream spinach and enjoy.
