The Best Creamy Spinach Chicken




Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 large bag of spinach (284 gr)
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon chicken vegetable seasoning

Elaboration
  1. Melt the butter in a large pan.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic for about 3 to 4 minutes over medium high heat or until smooth.
  3. Add spinach and mix well to soften all, one to two minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, add the cream, salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix well and cook 1 or 2 more minutes or until the preparation is hot.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden and well cooked.
  6. Serve with hot cream spinach and enjoy.
